Soldiers on Guard at Government Girls Science and Technical College Dapchi in Yobe state have prevented journalists from going into the school to cover the story about the rescued girls.

The reporters were following up on reports that many of the school girls that went missing after Boko Haram insurgents stormed their school on Monday night were rescued by the Military.

Our correspondent who was at the school gate along with other journalist to cover a story was asked by the heavy armed soldiers to leave the location. After all effort to convince them to let the jurnalist into the school, they said they were ordered not to allow journalists into the school.

All effort to talk to the military spokesman of 27 Taskforce Brigade, Colonel Kayode Ogunsanya was not successful as he did not pick his call or respond to text message send to his mobile phone.
